The team at The Fractional Group knows that business is changing. We’re not interested in the catchy jargon anymore. Let’s build businesses that create real change from within, that can be used to serve others.
CONVICTION
We are a team that desires to care about what we do for the long haul. Which means we need to have the conviction that the things we say, believe and do are the right things to say, believe and do.
To quote Paul Tripp, “We require the convicting combination of the word and Spirit in handling our money, stewarding our time, caring for our bodies, using our minds, living in our relationships, and doing our daily work.”
If we don’t have conviction in our daily work, it’s either not worth doing, or we’re not doing it for the right reasons.
We are a team that works with conviction.
SIMPLICITY
Isn’t life complicated enough?
Navigating kid’s schedules? Complicated.
Taxes? Complicated.
Marriage? Complicated.
Business? Complicated.
There are going to be complicated and heavy things in this life, there’s no getting around that, but it doesn’t mean that they themselves are bad things. However, there are things that we tend to make more complicated than they need to be.
The tech we use, the way communicate, the decisions we make based on gut instead of value. We want to make parts of business simple when we can, to make room for the parts that are actually complicated.
LEGACY
There is more to this life than money and work. Although these things are good (and necessary), they aren’t the lasting “legacy” we’re aiming for.
The Fractional Group wants to use our team’s gifts and talents well. If we aren’t starting in-house, we can’t (and shouldn’t) be teaching others how to do the same.
When we do this well at TFG, we know better how to see gifts in you and your team, so you can be encouraged, strengthened, and used for the good of those around you.

When we’re working with your team, we’re building on a foundation of the typical systems; things like your Meeting Structure, Goal Setting, and SOPs. But we’re also digging into how you and your team lead, impact others, and embrace hardship. Those are the things that leave a legacy.
